We were looking to buy another property with the sale of our house being imminent. There were actually two houses that we considered, both, coincidentally, being sold by Helen. In both cases, Helen was helpful, professional, efficient and easy to work with. We ended up buying one of these houses, with Helen continuing to relay our questions to the prevous owner even after settlement, which was appreciated.
