Seller: Very supportive and sold quickly
Happy how quickly my land sold. Helen also dealt with an issue that I could have been fined Thousands of Dollars for and that was someone was illegally cutting down large trees on my property even though I had not been to my property for almost 10 years. Overall was happy with the service.
Buyer: That little bit extra
As a buyer Helen made things simple, negotiated a sale suitable for both parties and did a little extra work beyond that providing us with some contact numbers for neighbours for our rural block. This was not required for the sale, did involve some legwork from her side and was greatly appreciated by us. Bravo.
