Vendor Review: My wife and I engaged Helen as our agent to sell our property in Kingston, Tasmania. Right from the start she was upfront on challenges that could happen as well as the positives. We agreed on a price having looked at the information she had provided, as well as our own investigations, and were very pleased when we were both on the same page with no unreal expectations and no unnecessary hype from Helen. She was there for us during the lead up to placing the house on the market and was more than happy to give us hints and tips that would help us to be ready. The house was listed on the Tuesday and we had two people come through on Wednesday lunchtime and then another 2 in mid afternoon. Helen kept us informed on what had happened after each showing and we had an offer from both showings. After her negotiating we accepted an offer that was over the asking price by a substantial amount. While we are still waiting for settlement as it depended on the other parties property also going unconditional Helen has kept us informed every step of the way. We then had a need to get a rental property for the immediate future and Helen was able to get us one and did all the negotiating with the owner which included arranging for us to be able to take our cat and dog. Her enthusiasm and communication is excellent and I would recommend her to anyone.

I sort information on agents in the area and began to seek as much information about them, professionally and personally. After some time I had 3 possible agents and began conversations with them via email. The decision to use Tony's services was based on a few things.
